Rare / occasional wake from sleep problem

I got the sleep working on my EP45-UD3L using Lion 10.7.4 except this morning it refused to wake for the first time. Most of the times it works perfectly. Here what my Mac journal have to say :

** I replaced my Mac address with XX::XX:XX:XX:XX **

 

Any hint on what might have caused this problem ?
