Would my Atheros AR5BXB63 WiFi card work in either Lion or Mountain Lion? Windows loads the drivers for Atheros AR5007 WiFi adapter.

  no the 63 is G only.. junk it.. replace it with AR5B91

Yes. LatinMcG said he had problem with the 72 on a Dell laptop, mine is in a desktop with pcie adapter and other is in a real mac. So if u find a good deal on the 91 go for it!

Now have Atheros AR5B91 working in Lion. Thank you both.

yay, I just added a g5's bluetooth, A1115. Works in BIOS and ML. Took some very careful soldering though.
