App Store Broken

My App Store has been flaky since the DP3 update. When I click the Purchases icon I get a beachball, a wait, and then it comes back with my list of purchases and none are listed as installed (and therefore won't get any update notifications). In the console I get:

I put this down to DP3 being {censored} so when DP4 came out I did a clean install, and I'm still getting this. I've tried downgrading FakeSMC and Chameleon but no change. I've also rebuilt the Spotlight database and repaired disk permissions. Can't think of anything else to try.

I guess the Spotlight rebuild didn't work first time around, but that was the problem. Now it's all good.
