-v npci=0x2000 arch=i386 GraphicsEnabler=Yes
You tried that while booting to Lion just now and it didn't work? I know it didn't work back when you were on Snow Leopard. But booting -x, interfered with the graphics.
We no longer boot with -x.
Also, to try to fix your PS/2, download the following and install the kexts. You are using Kext Helper or Kext Wizard or something like it to install kexts, right?

OMG! GRAPHICS Worked!
It didn't work for the first time, but I tried it again and it did! I managed to get the PS/2 Mouse work somehow without any kexts. Now the only 2 issues that remain are: Sound and Appstore I guess..

App Store: have you tried App Store in the Applications folder? Do you have an ethernet card? App Store likes it when you have an ethernet card.
Sound: You can boot into Windows right? I would like you to go to Windows and go to Device Manager. Find the category for Sound and click the little arrow. For each item under sound you find there, I would like you to do the following:
- right-click on it and select Properties
- click the Details tab
- in the pop-up menu, select Hardware Id's
- please give me the 4 hex numbers following the VEN_ and following DEV_

App Store: I can access the App store but cannot log in or download anything. This is what I get when I try to do so: "Your device or computer could not be verified. Contact support for assistance."

You didn't answer about the ethernet. Do you have an ethernet card in your computer? I didn't see it in the hardware list, but it might have gotten missed.

After updating the file, you can boot with -v for now.
In the Extra folder should be a smbios.plist
Please paste its contents.

I don't have an inbuilt ethernet card, Instead I'm using an archiac D-Link DWL-G122 USB Wifi Dongle.
So should I copy paste it yet?(Because you've mentioned Ethernet built in 'Yes' in the file, even though I dont have one)

I put the EthernetBuiltIn to try to fake out the App Store. But you might have to actually get an ethernet card to access the Store.
You can update the org.chameleon.Boot.plist
I still would like to see the smbios.plist too.

Edit: I rebooted and It worked like a charm! :-)
Btw, are there no work arounds for my USB WiFi Dongle? :/
Btw, This is what I found in Windows in Device manager under Sounds and Graphics:

For the dongle, you can try the old drivers that you found worked in Snow Leopard. Look at the label of the dongle. Does it have a revision letter?
For the App Store, you can try it again and see if it works now. But I suspect that to get the App Store to work, you will need an ethernet card.
I will work on the sound.
Sound:
Open Terminal
Download and install these kexts: http://www.osx86.net...rking_lion.html

Installing these kexts didn't work, Infact my PS/2 mouse stopped working after applying these kexts, IDK why. In order to fix it, I used the PS/2 kexts you mentioned above and yet again, It didn't work. :/

You did use something like Kext Helper or Kext Wizard to install the kexts, right?
Try booting -v -f

Yes, I used kext wizard to install the kexts then selected repair permissions and rebuild cache of S/L/E.

OK, different sound files.
Go to /System/Library/Extensions and remove the following kexts:
ALC662.kext
AppleHDA.kext
HDAEnabler.kext
Then download and install the files in this posting:

Sound still doesn't work, though I am able to adjust volume control at the menu bar now. Also I wasn't able to see any audio devices in Sound settings earlier, Now can do so.
And strangely, My PS/2 mouse started to work again after I booted Windows 7.

In sound settings - output…is there an output there you can select and see if any sound comes out? Select each one in turn because sometimes sound comes out of the wrong connector.
It has been reported before that booting into Windows and then back into OSX will activate some devices that normally can't work with the OSX driver.

I see three options here:
1. Internal Speakers (Built-in)
2. Headphones (Headphone port)
3. Digital Out (Optical digital-out port)
Out of these, I can choose settings for first two but when I select Digital Out it shows "The selected device has no output controls".

So, click on the Internal Speakers and then go and click the slider in the menu bar and see if you hear a click.
Then try it with the headphones - the headphones may come out of the built-in speakers - it has happened before.
