leomoskva
Today i have installed Lion on my PC, but loading stucks at "Waiting for DSMOS". My specs: RAM - 2Gb CPU - Dual-Core E5700 Video - nVidia GT240 HDD - 1Tb Lion 10.7.3. Thanks. Oh, and my mother board is MSI G31-M3 F with 3 audio ports. d620osx
Hi Sorry new to OSX but I think you need to make sure your CPU is Core 2 Duo to get it to work on Lion. Not sure if yours is Dual Core or Core 2 Duo.
Gringo Vermelho
Nonsense, the E5700 is a Wolfdale model, it's fine for Lion. This is the internet, it's easy to do some research before you open your mouth and scare other newbies. Look: http://www.cpu-world...71E5700%29.html lemoskova: You need fakesmc.kext. leomoskva
I have it, and it "presents" before stuck.
Gringo Vermelho
Try grabbing the latest version from the ProjectOSX forums. It's somewhere under tools -> downloads. Just google fakesmc projectOSX and you'll find it quickly. You must register to download files.
