HBP Posted March 19, 2012 Share Posted March 19, 2012 this fix works with cards effected by the update that broke apple's HDCP Carrier in 10.6.3, to start off with, this fix should work with any version of OSX after 10.6.0, I have tested it with 10.7.3 and can confirm that the drivers work and system is stable. now to the fix. you need these Kexts from a retail snow leopard install disk 10.6: AppleGraphicsControl.kext DSACL.ppp DSAuth.ppp DVFamily.bundle GeForce.kext GeForce7xxxGLDriver.bundle GeForce8xxxGLDriver.bundle GeForceGA.plugin GeForceVADriver.bundle NVDANV40Hal.kext NVDANV50Hal.kext NVDAResman.kext Copy the files to your lion S/L/E overwriting the existing files with Kext Wizard, it may KP if your doing it from within Lion. repair permissions and restart computer. factory Posted August 13, 2012 Share Posted August 13, 2012 Hi! I've tried your fix and works partially cause' HDMI works good but video acceleration wans´t.
