I installed on top of DP1. So far it's all been good. I had an issue with a purchased TV episode in iTunes not displaying video in DP1. It works fine now. Also my restart time is much shorter.

i just make bootable USB to install the same with ML DP1 but just over apple logo boot screen and it's go sleep :-ss ! i don't know why

Install over previous DP1 will retain all your settings and apps. In another word, "upgrade"
