Problem: Dualbooting Snow Leopard and stock win7 from different Hdds

I have two sata hdds. I am using one of them for win7 for a while. Its sata property configured as IDE and I formatted as NTFS to install win 7.

My second harddrive is configured as AHCI and formatted as GUID, then installed Snow Leopard. Both of them working well but I have to select the drive from bios that I want to boot, so the sata mode; AHCI or IDE. Because win7 doesn't work when I select AHCI and Snow Leopard doesn't work when I select IDE.

I want to dualboot these drives but I am quite confused; I am going to create an entry for Snow Leopard with EasyBCD. Do I have to enable AHCI for windows using registry or sth else before EasyBCD? If your answer is yes, how can I do it?

Thanks.
