mhoppi Posted March 8, 2012 Share Posted March 8, 2012 Hello @all, i was searching very much to solve this problem, but since now I'm not able to solve it: I installed iAtkos L2, rebooted and loaded up 10.7.2 OSX. It all boots well like on the Setup DVD but then when it switches the Screen to the Welcome-Setup Window, it just shows me my cursor and a white background. But it wont show iAtkos background nor the Welcome to OSX Screen... I tried some other installations now. And I always come to the screen after the Apple Boot Logo. In Verbose Safemode it shows at the end "Still waiting for root device". But why it loads all files and then suddenly when switching to the gui reports "Still waiting for root device?"... EDIT: Last messages are: rooting via boot-uuid from /choosen: XYZ....... From path: "uuid", Waiting on <dict ID="0"><key>IOProviderClass</key>....<string id="2"">boot-uuid-media</string></dict> Still waiting for root device.... Still waiting for root device....
