iarao
First of all credit goes to verdant of this forum. He has written a wonderful and very detailed guide for this specific motherboard. Salute to him. link is here for further information. http://www.insanelym....owtopic=263931 The above guide is too leghty to read and remember every thing, so I have decided to write my own a very small tutorial. Credit still goes to verdant. I loaded the iAtkos L2 dmg in a mac notbook, and restored it to my usb pen drive. After that I unloaded iatkos l2 dmg and loaded my usb pendrive copied AppleNForceATA.imk64bit.kext and nForceLAN.0.64.5.kext into S/L/E of usb pendrive (used show all files application to unhide the folders) After Clean Install, Booted through USB, then selected HDD with -v boot flag Deleted original AppleRTC.kext and copied only these kexts to S/L/E 1. AppleRTC.Patched.kext & AppleRTC.10.6.8.kext (Both) 2. nForceLAN.0.64.5.kext 3. AppleNForceATA.imk64bit.kext 4. EvOreboot.kext 5. FakeSMC.kext 6. IntelCPUMonitor.kext 7. NullCPUPowerManagement.kext 8. SuperIOFamily.kext Copied DSDT.aml file to Desktop Ran ##### 4.2.1 for Lion and selected these items 1. User DSDT Install 2. System Utilities 3. Drivers & Bootloaders/Kexts & Enablers/Audio/Universal/VoodooHDA 0.2.7.3 4. Customization/System Definitions/Mac Pro/MacPro 3.1 5. OSx86 Software clicked install, did not reboot yet, Then installed latest chameleon 2.0 RC5 r1224vs on os partition. then removed usb and restarted my computer with -v boot flag. It ran osx without any kp. Note: After update to 10.7.3 just deleted original appleRTC.kext and made sure that AppleRTC.Patched.kext & AppleRTC.10.6.8.kext (Both) were in S/L/E. Just repaired permissions. My vga cards GeForce 8500GT 512Mb, 9800GTX+ 512Mb work out of the box without any extra effort. I used these cards separately not in SLI mode. I have uploaded all necessary files (including dsdt.aml, org.chameleon.Boot.plist and smbios.plist) at kexts.com at the following link: http://www.osx86.net...4bit_kexts.html Now I m running my hackintosh without any KP. Once again all credit goes to verdant.
