I installed ml on my second computer, differen mb and video. I used the same setup as my first. Everything works great with full resolution and stuff. however, about three minutes into using the comp it shuts my screen off and I can't do anything....I have to restart to get it working again...any ideas what is going on?thanks

probably you are using a laptop and using battery.sleep settings may cause this trouble.There are kexts to fix power management problems.

You need to provide more information if you actually want help.
You need to boot in verbose mode and post any panic you get.
Post the kernel.log.
Post the full hardware specification.
List the kexts you are using.

I booted in verbose mode and there are no kernel panics as the comp fully boots and I can use it. It shuts down as I'm using it. I checked logs and no trace as to why it's shutting down. It's also a desktop. I turned off sleep off but it's still doing it. Thanks for your inputs.
