Hello all!

I'm brand new and would like to install OSX on an Acer Veriton VX275-UD5800W that I purchased recently.  Specs are here

Any help would be greatly appreciated!  Such as, which version of OSX would work, what other hardware (USB devices?) I would have to purchase, etc.
