hII.. this is just simply great forum.. using quiz for new member, that was smart way to eliminate some kind of stupid question..

hei... my name is nasrudd, I'm from indonesia. Intends to install hackintosh, particularly Yosemite, on a Asus TP300LD laptop..

Hi,

Been lurking for years, finally decided to join to help out others. I built my first "hackintosh" 10 years ago with the x86 beta release of OS X 10.4 . I matched the dev hardware almost exactly (even the Sony DVD drive) and was running OS X on a generic PC. Over the years I got busy with family and work (and a real Macbook Pro) so forgot about this stuff.

Today I did a Yosemite 10.10.2 OS X build on a new PC and it worked out great thanks to the forums here http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/304256-new-way-to-install-os-x-yosemite/ and the Clover tool.

New guy here, 

 

Got into the whole mac mod thing about 6 months ago so still wet behind the ears. Hoping to learn just how much i don't know and maybe a little bit of it.

 

27" iMac 14,2 3.5 i7 8GB (Favorite thing to do=see how bad i can break it before i find out if i can fix it.)

13" Asus T200 Transformerbook running 8.1 (dreams of touch screen hackintosh)

I'm an event technician passioned by computer, modular synth, electronic music, video mapping and so on... I'm here to learn more about the procedure of a hackintosh build because I simply need one for my work
