radiking Posted February 10, 2012 Share Posted February 10, 2012 hello all, i m not sure this is the right place to post anyways i installed SL on my hp g62 B24ER laptop using retail 10.6.3+[url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] and again [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] to boot i get kernel panic apic error so i boot using these flags -v npci=no cpus=1 busratio=17 to boot i m able to enter into my main system video audio works.i have DSDT.aml i created myself using dsdt patcher and editor and with a help of a member here who helped me rectify few errors..... after i installed [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] with userdsdt install and selected chimara as bootloader i restarted my computer.note:i didn t install any other packages like audio etc to avoid any kps.dsdt gets recognized but after a second it restarts sort of a loop.not sure what seems to be the problem i m attaching aml file if its causing the problem or i need to disable any kexts (how to please let me thanks in advance DSDT.zip Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
