Kernel Panic After Updating to 10.6.8

I Have A Pc

2GB RAM
Gigabyte GA-VM900M
160 GB SATA IDE HD

It Got A SleepEnabler.kext Version Mismatch Panic
While I Hadnt Installed Sleepenabler
Cant Open -s it says "Sytem Uptime In Nanoseconds"
-v "System Uptime In Nanoseconds"
---------------------------------------------------------------
I Dont Want To Re-Install And I Cant Even Re-Install With The Same DVD I am Stuck At Apple Logo Then Reboot

What if you boot with pmVersion=0

This disables the sleepenabler (if it exists).
Then you can remove the sleepenabler if this is the conflicting one.

Could you post a picture of the screen of the panic when you boot with -v? This might help to get to a possible solution.
