Can anyone recommend a fully working min or small form factor hackintosh that can run retail 10.7 without issues?

Gigabyte H61m-d2-b3 works very well
If you want a prebuilt desktop, I don't think you'll have much luck.
Much better to build it yourself from known compatible hardware.

I have a mini ITX Foxconn H61S with an i3 2105 and a nv 8400gs...works ok

The Dell Optiplex series seem to be fairly good. I have had 10.7.2 running on a couple of Optiplex 755/760.

i run an almost vanilla install of 10.7.4 on a thinkcentre... just added a video card to avoid the onboard 3100 graphics...(for about $60...used thinkcentre/new graphics card)

I installed using MyHack 3.1.2
This was the easiest installation of my 4 Hackintoshes!
