Can I boot Lion retail without hackintosh ?!?!?

I need help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First Question - Can I install Lion Retail on my laptop (pc) without hackintosh !?!?!?

Second Question - If I can , do I need specific hardware for the retail like keyboard and mouse , cuz if I do I am not gonna install the retail ....

You can use the retail disc I think using ##### on tonymac. Check tonymac for retail disc help. Insanely I find is better got hackintosh builds.
