(Custom Build) Will it work?

I have installed Mac based on a model of a Laptop before but I recently built my own desktop pc and I was wondering if i can install mac on it, and how i should do that.

 

Lion is the newest one but the last time I installed mac it was iDeneb a distro for my laptop anyways will it work on:

 

i7 2600k 3.4Ghz

Asus P8Z68-V LX (Socket 1155)

2 x 4 GB Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz

PowerColor HD Radeon 6950 1GB

1 x 1 TB HDD / 1 x 500 GB (both 7200rpm)

 

Yeah thats pretty much it,

 

so yeah please tell me if there are going to compatibility issues with my hardware or whatever and what distro I need for my build.
