inovice Posted January 4, 2012 Share Posted January 4, 2012 Hi, I tried 2x Buffalo and 2x PCI bluetooth dongles, and Buffalo BT works out of the box and PCI works but sometimes will disapera from system profiler. The issue that I have with Buffalo is that when my hackintosh is in sleep mode, it deos not wake up with Apple Wireless Keyboard or Mouse. Foxic Posted January 4, 2012 Share Posted January 4, 2012 I use a bluetooth module from a macbook with a 5v-3.3v dc converter connected to a USB header on my motherboard. I never had any luck with using dongles, the ones that did work would not wake the system. There is a guide on here somewhere of how to do it. I think I spent about £15 to put it together with bits from eBay + a few bits of cable braid and some heat shrink to make it all look nice.
