Foxic
Try using a retail snow leopard disk to initially get an installation. You can boot this with one of the many boot disks, just find one suited to your hardware. I found the nawcom mod cd to be very good. There is a dsdt for your laptop here: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=265579&pid=1734774&mode=threaded&start= Once you have snow leopard running well, you can use this SL installation to create the lion install media, partition your HDD and install lion, then once lion is working properly you can delete the snow leopard partition. If you have access to a mac/hack you can use to create the lion install media you can skip the whole snow leopard installation (you just need it to create the lion install media.) Either way, don't use a distro. Most people here seem to use a retail install method, myself included, distros are therefore harder to support. Mortazavi
I get past this error using Pc EFI 10.7 boot file and PC EFI 10.6 boot0hfs and boot1h. I installed chameleon on my usb flash, and copied iatkos installation files on it, but when it finishes checking and after language selection page, it says The installer disc could not be found... or it freezes on the language selection page or I get some weird kernel panics. every time I see a new error... It takes too much to even reach the Mac OS x installer and I'm quite frustrated after almost a week. I have Mac OS X 10.6.6 installed By the way...
