Say I install Lion itself on my 64GB SSD, then having also SATA HDD attached, can I install ALL applications on SATA or still there will be something which will be installed on SSD over the time? How to make SSD serve as system/boot disk only, leaving SATA HDD as storage for evertyhing which will be installed after system setup?

What you probably want to do is move your user folder to the hdd. You have to make a symbolic link to it with the terminal.
Here's a tutorial on how to do it: http://hints.macworl...001110610290643
You also used to be able to use symbolic linker, which would be much easier. It works in SL but I'm not sure about Lion.
