I have a wacom Pen & Touch tablet (CTH-460).
I also have two Hackintosh machines:
- a Lenovo T61 Laptop (nVidia Quadro NVS 140M)
- a custom desktop: ECS P4M890T-M2, Core2Duo 6300 (1.86GHz), 2GB RAM, nVidia GeForce 9500GS 512MB
The tablet works perfectly in the Lenovo T61 (presure, mouse, pen...) but not in the desktop computer. If I open the wacom pane in Prefereces I get:
"There is a problem with your tablet driver.
Please reboot your system. If the problem persists
reinstall or update the driver"
I have tried changing the graphic card (with an ATI X300 and using the integrated), changing the memory modules, reinstalling Snow Leopard... with no luck in any case.
I have installed MAC OSX Lion 10.7.0 into the desktop machine with the hope of solve it, but... same behaviour, driver fails. Ihave reinstalled the driver and installed other early versions, but no luck.
After test all this things the only thing I can do its to change the motherboard, conserving the CPU and the memory.
So, what motherboard (socket LGA775) do you think could solve my problems with my wacom tablet? Could be another solution?
Thanks for read.
