ImagineActuality
I recently installed Snow Leopard (Retail 10.6.3) on my hackintosh with these specifications, using Chameleon 2.0 (RC4) as my bootloader: My Specifications: Asus P5Q (Intel P45 Chipset) motherboard Intel Core 2 Quad Q9300 Yorkfield 2.5GhZ EVGA GeForce 9800GT 512MB 8GB OCZ Reaper DDR2 SDRAM But I'm having trouble getting my graphics card to be recognized correctly. Chameleon correctly identifies it as a GeForce 9800GT (as does my Leopard 10.5.8 installation), but after I boot into Snow Leopard, the Apple System Profiler shows this: ATI Radeon HD 4890: Chipset Model: ATI Radeon HD 4890 Type: GPU Bus: PCIe Slot: Slot-1 PCIe Lane Width: x16 VRAM (Total): 512 MB Vendor: NVIDIA (0x10de) Device ID: 0x0614 Revision ID: 0x00a2 ROM Revision: 113-B7710C-176 EFI Driver Version: 01.00.318 Displays: Display: Resolution: 1920 x 1200 Pixel Depth: 32-Bit Color (ARGB8888) Main Display: Yes Mirror: Off Online: Yes Display Connector: Does anyone have any ideas on what might be causing this to happen? Thanks in advance!
