Hi, I can't seem to add any files to my iTunes library.

I just attempted to add an album in using the File > Add to Library option

but it just seems to do nothing at all...

iTunes 10.5.1

OS X 10.7.2

Any help?

What format are the files of the album? More importantly, are they associated with iTunes?

I seldom copy an entire album into my iTunes libraries (I have completely different libraries by OS - my iTunes/OS X library is completely different than my iTunes/Windows library, and I have no iDevices), instead, I have individual songs in formats that are associated with iTunes (FLAC for Windows, and MP3 on the OS X side).
