Lion installation alongwith Windows 7 using Kakewalk

Hello everyone, I currently have Windows 7 running on my PC.

 

I wanted to install Mac OSX Lion on it alongside windows 7 (Dual Boot)

So I got a Bootable Lion USB made using Kakewalk 4.1.1

 

Now I wanted to know, how to install Mac OSX with windows 7, I have a 150 GB partition which is allocated as such:
