Ok so here's the issue:

I'm running OSX 10.6.7 (system specs listed in signature). After months of fighting with this thing, I'm finally able to run OSX in 64 bits with all 8GB of RAM. I have full graphics acceleration, HDMI, dual screens, the whole bit. My ONLY lingering issue, other than no on-board audio, is SLEEP. The damn thing will NOT sleep. It wakes back up immediately after going into 'sleep'. I've lost ENOUGH sleep myself trying to fix this, so I'm looking for help :)

After trying just about everything else I could find after searching Google and several forums, I would like to try and fix this problem with a DSDT file. On my first attempt, I got KP's on boot, no matter what flags I tried to use. Don't exactly know what I did wrong, but I'm assuming it was the DSDT file itself, because when I compiled it with DSDTES, I got several errors.

Basically, I have NO idea what I'm doing with DSDT. I've never used one, and I've built a couple Hackintoshes now. So can anyone help me out with a step in the right direction? Or maybe another idea that maybe I haven't tried yet?

Thanks in advance!
