I have modified the chamleon bootloader's ati.c to incorporate the 6970m since it is supported in the iMac. The current system has switchable graphics: Intel HD 3000 and Ati 6970m The system defaults to the Intel HD 3000, HOWEVER in system profiler, both the 6970m and the Intel 3000 are recognized, and both look to be fully supported. However, the 6970m says no display connected, and the intel gpu has my screen stated. When i try to force only the 6970m, I get only a black screen. I had this same issue with intel hd 3000, until i fixed the dsdt point where intel was defined as GFX0, and I had to use the fix here: http://www.tonymacx86.com/viewtopic.php?f=...67&start=90 Now my DSDT has PCI0, PEGP, and several PEG devices defined. I do not know where to procede from here, and i'm fairly sure its the same type of issue. Please anybody with more experience than I, help out!
