I've posted this guide if somebody wants make Lion hack with this old MB. 1. Install Lion with any method you can find on the net. Here are some good guides : http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=256729 http://myhack.sojugarden.com/ I've used Myhack. 2. After installing update to Lion 10.7.2. with combo updater from apple site. 3. Copy extra folder from Mald0n's guide regarding your processor, (9.1) for C2Duo is attached in this topic. Credits for dsdt.aml goes to DR.Hurt 4. Use [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] from http://tonymacx86.blogspot.com/ to install AppleRTL8169Ethernet.kext and VoodooHDA.kext from the attached zip 5. Install chameleon with Chameleon Wizard from http://www.osx86.net/ Use dropbox button to download Chameleon with FaceTime and iCloud fix. Use Chameleon Wizard editor for org.chameleon.boot.plist to enable 32 bit kernel. leave everything unchecked except maybe boot time. Or you can use Chimera 1.5.4 from tonymacx86. I managed to get some kexts which did give me resolution , but the games(Like angry bird) , and the animations are glitchy .Angry birds give me opengl error . ed_c Posted February 14, 2012 Share Posted February 14, 2012 I've got the GA-945GCM-S2L and I can't get this to work, I've tried [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] and myhack and the installers won't even boot most of the time. I managed to get an installation of 10.7.3 onto one partition with [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] eventually, but then as soon as I try and boot into it, it KPs. Oh well maybe the S2L is quite different to the S2C, any BIOS settings I should be making - I don't have an AHCI options... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
