mac osx 10.6 HCL on virtualbox kernel panic

i just installed mac os x 10.6 on my laptop. it has an amd athlon x2 m320 proc. w/ radeon hd 4570. installation on virtualbox went fine. virt. machine booted up and i selected the country and keyboard type. then it asked me if i already have a mac and if i would lyk to transfer file using timemachine. i clicked no and then i clicked next. and then the machine froze. i reset it and i had the same thing happen again on the same page. i pressed a bunch of keys and this stuff came up on screen asking me to post it on a forum, so here i am. btw i am using hazard iso 10.6 with updates for 10.6.1 and 10.6.2. i also installed voodoo ps/2 with trackpad, and almost all network drivers.

 

i took a snapshot of the log image and used optical char recog to convert it to text in case the snapshot jpg doesn't upload.
