VerizonLover
The screen won't appear when I insert the dvd. It gets as far as "PCI configuration begin", then dvd drive sounds, then nothing. I suspect it's a video driver conflict. I've tried "npci=0x2000", but that didn't work. Here is my video card info: Manufacturer: Micro-Star International Model: N220GT (MS-V191) IRQ: 16 Memory: 00A00000-000BFFF Memory: CE000000-CFFFFFF Memory: D0000000-DFFFFFF Memory: FA000000-FAFFFFF Port: 03B0-03BB Port: 03C0-03DF Port: EC00-EC7F Does the "npci" parameter accept ranges? Which memory regions should I specify for it to avoid?
ntloser
I am at the same place. I am about to remove the video card to test. At what point do you type in npci=0x2000 I am using the latest cakewalk configured for my board and a DSDT for my board.
