selkie707 Posted October 13, 2011 Share Posted October 13, 2011 okay I've got lion installed after my dreaded bootcachectrl 2408 error and I've gotten all my drivers installed except for my graphics card, I'm posting from osx86 now... I've used the guide at : http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=260074 and edited the file there to have: <key>IOPCIPrimaryMatch</key> <string> 0x125110de&0xffe0ffff 0x125110de&0xffc0ffff </string> because my hardware id is 1251 and nvidia's vendor id is 10de.... i have enabled the graphics enables in chameleon but to no avail... on start up it says that NVDAGF100 (the nvidia driver) loads and registers itself and in CUDA nvidia control panel it lists the nvidia driver version but i still get no graphic acceleration in osx lion and am stuck at the default resolution of 1280x1024 instead of 1600x900.. I've tried ATY_init.kext which enabled (kinda) it said (system info) i had an nvidia graphics card with the right vram BUT i still had no hardware acceleration or the right screen resolution..... this is slighty depressing after pulling a two day all nighter to fix my bootcachectl 2408 error )_) anyone know how to fix this as I've googled a lot but i can't find many people with a g74, lion and how to fix this.... pls help.... im uploading my info.plist if you want to check: untitled_folder.zip Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
