Good Install - Boots - Runs - Kernel Panic

Got Leopard up and running, It boots brings up the desktop and I can even mess around for a while but it suddenly (after different random events) send a Voodoo kernel panic message across the screen

 

I can post this if it will help - any thoughts ?
