Hackintosh Lion Random Freeze

Hi,

 

I'm a very happy hackintosh user however i still have only damn problem.

Sometimes (without any apparent reason) my system freeze.

I disabled any energysaving function in the control panel.

 

My system is fully stable with Windows 7 and/or Ubuntu Linux.

I have stability issues only with OSX.

 

Here is my configuration:

 

Motherboard: EP45-UD3LR (Cacti Bios)

Memory: 4x 2GB Corsair XMS2-800

Video: ASUS Nvidia 9800GT 1gb DDR3

HD: SolidState Vertex 2 60gb

 

Currently using Lion installed with Kakewalk 4.0

 

Is there any known Issue with my hardware that causes freezes?

wait until Oct 12, then try 10.7.2 combo update from www.apple.com/support ( 10.7. and 10.7.1 both buggy and unstable ), if still issues then it is a Hackintosh only problem. 10.7.2 is the first usable stable Lion release.

That's a really dumb thing to say. 10.7 and 10.7.1 both have minor bugs, but they are completely usable. No one should be freezing.

 

Also, Hack users haven't had to use Combo updates since NullCPUPowerManagement/DSDT.
