stickwithchrist Posted October 9, 2011 Share Posted October 9, 2011 Hey, guys. I could really use your help. I have a Dell N5110 (15r) and the DVD-R with OS X (iPC) and am ready to try my first hack. Problem: I really don't know much about what drivers, kernels, DSDTs (know nothing about these) etc. that I would need upon install, and I haven't been able to find much info or compatibility lists on 'em. Question: Would it be possible to just install the base system (w/o kernels or anything else) and get everything I need after I've gotten the install to work?
