PynkLemonade Posted October 6, 2011 Share Posted October 6, 2011 Alright guys, I finally got my asus g73jh working with EVERYTHING (full resolution, trackpad, etc) and the only thing that is pissing me off is the wifi! I've been at it for around 4 hours trying like 20 different kexts for the atheros card that it apparently has... I am running on os x 10.6.7 if that helps, and I have the standard card that came with my computer... Also, when i plug directly into the modem it doesnt work there either... sad day. Anywho, I'm looking for a working kext file that someone could send me or something, or any fixes to what i might be doing wrong... When I open network config or w/e they call it in the mac world and click "assist me" (you know what im talking about) the "airport" option is greyed out... If its impossible to get this working , could someone recommend a cheap usb wifi card that would WORK with osx getting me connected to the internet?
