Can't Dual Boot Anymore

I've come across an issue that is driving me crazy.

I had my pc setup to dual boot between osx/win7 using chimera. I would go about the process in this order:

Use ##### to boot into osx installation. In disk util i would partition the disk into 3 partitions (1. osx hfs journaled, 2. win7 fat32, 3. osx backup hfs journaled). I would then exit the installer, reboot with the win 7 cd. In the win 7 installer, I would choose the fat32 partition i created in osx's disk utility and install win 7. After I was done setting up win 7, I would reboot the pc with ##### and go ahead with the osx installation following this guide http://tonymacx86.com/viewtopic.php?f=168&t=26252. Once i was complete, I had the option of booting into win 7 or osx via chimera.

Well yesterday, I had finished setting up win7 and installed osx. But once I was done my win 7 partition no longer appeared in chimera. I booted into osx, checked diskutil and the partition which contains win 7 was greyed out and labeled as disk0s3. It said not mounted under it's status. I rebooted with the win 7 cd and went to repair the installation and it was able to find the win 7 partition no problem but wasn't able to repair anything. I decided to start from scratch so I threw the ##### cd back into so I could redo the partitioning through disk util. Once I did that I loaded up the win7 installation and I see the fat 32 partition I created but i can NO LONGER choose it for win 7 installation. It says it cannot be installed on a GPT disk. This is on a 128 Crucial M4 SSD. I am really hoping someone this did not mess up my SSD. Does anyone have any info that could point me in the right direction?
