PH83 Posted September 19, 2011 Share Posted September 19, 2011 i picked up a asus ax1700 (for free) and decided to run snow leopard cause i know most asus boards are compatible go thru install itakos s3 v2 everything works fine with bare minimum install (no drivers) but resolution is set at some odd large setting, install kext for nvidia onboard video and kernel panic. Then on-board video is just screwed for some odd reason, install pci-e ati hd4350 (i had lying around) reinstall now kernel panic every time even with ati enablers & drivers selected during install. if i install with no drivers just min. osx install it hangs on boot. Has anyone got snow leopard of leopard or even lion on this board with similar pci-e card and what installer was used?
