System Specs:

Gateway ID49C07U

Intel HM55 Chipset

Intel Core i3 350M

8GB DDR3

Integrated Intel Graphics (yuck, I know)

Tried installers:

Kakewalk

xMove (errors out at the end every time)

My Hack

And a few others from around the web

OS Versions:

Snow Leopard Retail DVD .dmg

Lion App Store .app

Alright, so I've tried every guide I can get my hands on when it comes to installing Lion or Snow Leopard. The machine currently has a Windows partition but I'm not opposed to wiping it. The problem I'm running into is that every time the bootloader (Chameleon and PC EFI...haven't successfully had ##### or Chimera open on it) tries to load into the installer, it restarts the computer. I've tried safe mode and running it with arch=x86_64. Verbose doesn't do me much good because it loads so fast that I don't really have time to see what's going on. The last line begins with "Starting" so I can only assume it's loading into the OS installer...but that's where it reboots the entire pc. ACHI is enabled. Has anyone else ran into this?

Also, something else worth mentioning is that I'm trying to set this up from a Macbook Pro and I have another Windows PC so I have both OS's to set this up with if you have an idea.

Thanks in advance!!!

EDIT: Also worth mentioning, I'm using a 16GB Sandisk Cruzer for the install usb.
