Greetings Gurus,

1st things 1st..i am a total Mac noob..only apple products i have ever used are iphone4 and ipod touch...

my question is...

i have Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit running on a 1TB WD Black..

and i got another copy of Mac OSX Lion and i wanna try install it onto my 2TB WD Green just for the fun of it..

is that possible at all?

how should i go about it?

i have already burnt the .dmg file onto a DVD-R using TransMac but when i double click my DVD writer there is nothing in there although it shows 413mb free of 4.38gb

how should i prepare my 2TB WD Green for the installation?

its empty now i have already formatted it..

do i need to partition it? (using Minitool Partition Wizard Home Edition 7)

if need, how much space to partition?

Lastly, will i get to choose a dual boot option when i startup my computer?

My specs are as follows:

Intel i7 2600 3.40Ghz

Kingston 4GB x2 DDR3 10700

Gigabyte H67MA-USB3-B3

Onboard graphics

thnx alot of any help and advice..

:D
