agchenry
What problem with sleep? It doesnt go to sleep by itself and if i force it to sleep ( select sleep from menu) the screen shuts off but remains on. Then there is no way of waking it. Have to turn off completely and boot with -x and -v flags for it to boot again.

I've been working on getting this Sabertooth x58 build fully functional for quite some time (6-8 months now?) and still have no luck. My audio no longer works in Mac or Windows now, could be likely that all my stress is due to a faulty ASUS product (which sadly seems to be a growing trend). But I figure I'll give it a last ditch effort before I RMA the board. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY FROM HERE ON I have the following: Sabertooth x58 12gb 1333mhz ram nVidia GTX 570 HD i7 950 I get audio clipping errors in console, but no audio actually comes out at all. When I run Logic Pro 9, I can see my audio input working on my M-Audio interface under System Settings, but in Logic no input is detected. Console says "Audio Engine Overloaded" for logic. I'm hoping it's a DSDT issue for now and begging you for your help once more. Not sure why you stopped supporting the autopatcher and nobody will give a real answer as to why, but I can not grasp how to use the DSDT Editor utility at all. I miss the ease of your beautiful utility T_T Thanks for your help, as always. Here is my data: send_me.zip

Onboard audio sucks for profissional sound dsdt.Lilkitt1424.zip The M-AUDIO Profire610 does work, and when I look at the system preference utility for it I certainly see input levels rising and dropping in real time. However when I open Logic Pro and set ProFire 610 as input, I either get absolutely nothing and no input levels are shown, or it has audio for a split second before chopping up and then going silent again. It's depressing T_T Hopefully your DSDT fixed it, I'll let ya know. Thanks again for the help.
