Can't change mac address[RTL8168/8111]

So, i'm on mac os 10.6.7(legacy kernel 10.7) anyway i have problem with changing/spoofind mac address:

 

My ethernet controller:

Realtek RTL8168/8111(PHY:RTL8211/8212)

 

I get same result with default kexts/"Ln 81** beta drivers": It detects my ethernet controller, anyway all i need to make it work is to change my mac address, and i can't:

 

i tried:

lladdr/ether(also with down/up) commands with sudo - doesn't help, tried spoofmac/changemac - doesn't help :S

 

How can i change my mac address? I got bunch of other mac os problems, anyway rebooting to win7 to get internet is very annoing, also auto-dsdt requires internet - and could solve many problems for me :S

 

p.s. if there's no way to make it over software, i'd even flash my ethernet card mac address, just need to know how :S
