DBH0921 Posted August 19, 2011 Share Posted August 19, 2011 I have a Dell Latitude d630 with the NVidia GPU. I'm pulling my hair out at this point. I've spent 7 hours googling today and trying fixes to no avail. I installed Kalyway 10.5.2 successfully, and have successfully upgraded my way all the way to 10.5.8 and am running it fine. I have just installed audio drivers using the guide: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=86600 Every time I shut down, it kernel panics with the HDA controller corrupting registry. I am so lost and out of ideas on how to fix this, can anyone shine some light on it for me? That would be great.. I really want to finish this up.
