Dual boot question

Hello every1, this is what i have:

a laptop with windows 7 64bit > SP1 < currently installed

1tb ONE HDD, partitioned into 2 disks

and what i need is:

install osx86 SL(later i'll do lion)/lion and make dual boot without losing my current data

So i'll probably do mbr patched 10.6.3 retail for it, anyway i heard that windows 7 can dual boot with osx86, but windows 7 SP1 < can't due to something changed with booting, so i need your help to find out if i still can manage to keep my win7 sp1 and install now osx86 and make them dual boot. p.s. it doesn't matter if it will be via easybcd or chameleon

Edited:

the thing is currently windows shows i have 2 partitions, anyway cmd shows 3 partitions:

1partition: 100mb ACTIVE

2partition: 80gb

3partition: 851gb(win7)

and the thing is that probably i have boot files on that 100mb partition,so:

if i'll install osx86 from retail(with mbr patched) - then i'll use hirens boot cd to make my 100mb partition active - will i get my windows7 back? The thing is no matter what will i do with mac partition, i need to keep my 851gb partition and windows7 on it save
