After some quizing I can finally write in this forum!

I am also building a G5 mod and have come pretty far, only needs to cut open the rear IO panel, so I need to know more about what tools are needed for this. Do everyone use some kind of electrical tools for this? I only have manual tools (driven by raw power of man), have anyone tried that?

edit: I only have a tin shears (I believe is the name in english) and a metal saw

Will I used a small handheld jigsaw with a metal blade to do my big cuts and then I used a Dremal tool with metal cutting disks for fine cuts.

You can try a handsaw as aluminum is soft but electric is the way to go for fast cutting.
