Hey everyone, trying not to be the guy who doesn't do any research before asking a question, but I'm a little lost. I ran Snow Leopard successfully on my last PC for over a year, and I bought a new machine to install Lion on. Specs:

ASUS P6T SE board

Core i7 920

GeForce 9600GT

6GB RAM

Using onboard sound and ethernet.

Lion seemed to install with no hitches. I used ##### to do "Easy Beast" and then to install sound (latest VodooHDA) and ethernet (Realtek driver). Everything seemed to be ok - but then I started getting kernel panics. I've read around, updated the BIOS, modified settings according to http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php...p;#entry1706282 , used iFabio's DSDT and kext for mobo, tried using DSDT autopatcher, etc. I've run hardware tests and everything there is good.

I don't know where to go from here. What should I be looking at?

Hi !

Please be more specific about the installation...

What next do you have in S/L/E and in Extra ??

Remove voodooHDA and realtek kext and try...

Right version of FakeSMC ? NullCPUPowerManagement.kext OpenHaltRestart.kext?

Try removing AppleHDA.kext.

I don't have your motherboard, I just try to help :(
