yup, i don't know what exactly your audio driver you need, but i just wanted you to be noticed you have some little more work

this should be easier :) as for installing sound i really don't wanna touch [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] lmao. i might have too. my sound worked right off the bat the first time around. but my etthernet didn't. i had to find a file for the ethernet. guess i'll do the same for sound :)

if you need to repair permissions do it with disk utility

but you can install with kext utility or kext wizard

i'l take that advice anyday..

 

well good sir thank you for all your help.. must go to sleep now (happily thanks to you!) i'll post back whether i fixed the audio issue or not. thanks again buddy ;)

so am i lol

 

 

so whats the fastest way for me to get my sound going? i've been reading about applehda. i've downloaded it, and installed it with kext helper b7, but i still get the "no entry" sign with adjusting the volume. then i reaf something about patching and using the linux live cd (oh noes!)
