10.6.7 was solid - but then i updated to 10.6.8

Hello out there.

I have a acer travelmate laptop, with iAtkos s3 v2 - working perfectly (10.6.7)

 

BUT.... then i updated to 10.6.8 (i dont know why )

Now it hangs at the silver-apple-logo-startup-screen with the "loading-symbol" spinning around..

 

if i boot with "-v" i get the message:
