I've got the following specs

Asus P8P67

i7 2600k

16GB ram

HD 6870

I'm running OS X Lion with Chimera, I've also tried Chameleon RC5 but didn't get better results so I keep using Chimera. Now I did have sleep working in Snow Leopard so it shouldn't be a hardware fault.

My problem is that I can't get sleep to work, as best I've gotten it to sleep but KP at wakeup. Right now it's not even going down in sleep mode properly (screens sleep but fans don't spin down). For the DSDT.aml I'm using an autogenerated one, I found this one http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php...259066&st=0 but couldn't get it to compile and I'm a complete noob at all this so I can't seem to figure out how to do this. I've disabled PPL and reverted everything to stock clocks and auto, eventually I'd like to do some overclocking but right now I just want to get everything working. I've used speedstepper to patch my AICPUPM kext but still not getting it to work.

Please any help would be appreciated, I've tried fixing it a lot but it seems like every time I try something new I mess up even more and there so much information some conflicting with other so I don't even know where I should begin to look.
