SL running in win7 in virtual machine question.

Hey All, I have a working Snow Leopard install (If i recall, I used a retail disc and chameleon and ##### and some guides i found on multiple forums. also using an EFI string for my nvidia card). I have Win7 on another disk, which I use mostly.

I recently discovered Windows Virtual PC, and I've installed XP on it, really smooth.

My question is this:

Is it possible to create a .vhd file of my physical SL drive and mount it using Windows Virtual PC or some other VM software for Win7?

If not, would it be feasible to make a blank virtual machine and then boot Hiren's BCD on it and do a byte level drive copy of my SL disk onto this virtual machine (im assuming the virtual machine would be using a .vhd file if it was created by Windows Virtual PC).

Any experiences with this kind of a gambit would be greatly appreciated! Also, if there is some fundamental flaw in my logic (like that .vhd files won't support the file system of OSX or something) please let me know so I can throw my dreams in the trash and get on with my life.

Thanks guys!
