boxer82003 Posted July 28, 2011 Share Posted July 28, 2011 hi guys after getting lion installed i noticed my file transfer speeds are slow, i looked at my linksys router and noticed i have a green light which indicates 10/100 and not gigabit speeds which is a yellow light can anyone help with this one? the next I'm using in my E/E folder is RealtekR1000SL.kxt thanks ok i think i fixed it i went into the advanced setting in the network settings selected manual and chose 1000baseT. can anyone confirm if i want half-duplex or Full-duplex. thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

pechspilz Posted August 27, 2011 Share Posted August 27, 2011 Are you sure you're really getting gigabit speed using this driver? I checked with ifconfig and even though it says 1000baseT in the network configuration window the speed is still limited to 100 mbit when looking at en0 in ifconfig.
